Averages compiled over different subsets

The reason for compiling different averages is that not ALL proteins were predicted by all methods!
Only proteins with no significant sequence identity to previously known PDB proteins are reported, here.
The following subsets are given:

set 1: 102 proteins and 12 methods
set 2: 113 proteins and 11 methods
set 3: 167 proteins and 9 methods
set 4: 244 proteins and 5 methods
