Averages compiled over different subsets

The reason for compiling different averages is that not ALL proteins were predicted by all methods!
Only proteins with no significant sequence identity to previously known PDB proteins are reported, here.
The following subsets are given:

set 1: 114 proteins and 9 methods (HTML - ASCII)
set 2: 135 proteins and 8 methods (HTML - ASCII)
set 3: 249 proteins and 6 methods (HTML - ASCII)
