Averages compiled over different subsets

The reason for compiling different averages is that not ALL proteins were predicted by all methods!
Only proteins with no significant sequence identity to previously known PDB proteins are reported, here.
The following subsets are given:

set 1: 109 proteins and 8 methods
set 2: 180 proteins and 7 methods
set 3: 202 proteins and 6 methods
set 4: 265 proteins and 4 methods
