Averages compiled over different subsets

The reason for compiling different averages is that not ALL proteins were predicted by all methods!
Only proteins with no significant sequence identity to previously known PDB proteins are reported, here.
The following subsets are given:

set 1: 109 proteins and 8 methods
set 2: 177 proteins and 7 methods
set 3: 199 proteins and 6 methods
set 4: 256 proteins and 4 methods
