Comparison of secondary structure methods (detail level 2)

Averages compiled over different subsets

The reason for compiling different averages is that not ALL proteins were predicted by all methods!
Only proteins with no significant sequence identity to previously known PDB proteins are reported, here.
The following subsets are given:

set 1: 99 proteins and 8 methods
set 2: 164 proteins and 7 methods
set 3: 186 proteins and 6 methods
set 4: 239 proteins and 4 methods
