Comparison of secondary structure methods (detail level 3)

Averages compiled over different subsets

The reason for compiling different averages is that not ALL proteins were predicted by all methods!
Only proteins with no significant sequence identity to previously known PDB proteins are reported, here.
The following subsets are given:

set 1: 111 proteins and 7 methods
set 2: 133 proteins and 6 methods
set 3: 170 proteins and 4 methods
