Largest sequence unique subset of PDB

• no pair in subset has more than 33% identical residues over more than 100 residues aligned
  for details about cut-off curve click here
• the maximal subset fulfilling that condition is based on a greedy search
  high resolution structures have preference. However, since the set is updated every week, higher resolution structure may not be taken if a similar structure of lower resolution was published before.
  This problem is corrected by re-running the list every six months
• Get current list with 3107 chains: in HTML or in ASCII
