• Front panel: Wind ==> Sequences alignment

• Front panel: Wind ==> Control panel

The trace of a protein

• Front panel:  Edit ==> Select none
• Control panel: (pick on) side
• Front panel: Display ==> Show CA trace only

Here 1ATPE (protein kinase, single chain)
is represented only by its trace (i.e., alpha-carbons, named CA).
Moreover, an ATP-derivative is showed.
