Data

SOM uses a plain text file as input.
The first line must contain the dimensionality of the vectors
Subsequent lines consist of n floating-point numbers followed by the gene name and two optional qualifiers: the enhancement factor (e.g. weight=3) and the fixed-point qualifier (e.g. fixed=2,5).
Missing values are marked with "x".
All lines beginning with "#" are ignored.
