It is	PredictProtein is a service for sequence analysis, and structure prediction.
It does	You submit any protein sequence. PredictProtein retrieves similar sequences in the database and predicts aspects of protein structure (brief introduction, data flowchart).
You can	submit a protein sequence for prediction (default, advanced, expert) submit requests to META-PP to send to MANY other servers through ONE META interface! scan through the PredictProtein help documents get a brief listing of what PredictProtein does get more information about where to go from here and options for PredictProtein use post-processing tools (e.g. alignment display)
